Another one of those workouts that you can do anywhere! It’s just burpees and squats. That’s it but it will challenge your legs and lets face it your whole body! It’s a perfect workout to adopt this holiday season because you can do it if you’re visiting family.
I love these waterfall style workouts. You build up then you fall down. You start out with 50 squats and 10 burpees then 100 Squats/20 burpees then 150 squats/30 burpees. That’s the top of the workout but you don’t stop there you then do another 100 squats/20 burpees and ending where you started with 50/10. Do not stop during this workout!
Trust me when I say you’re going to want to stop during this workout but that is okay. Push through the desire to stop because you will feel great after you’ve completed the burn those legs workout!
We’re all about having no excuse to no workout! This workout shows you that you can get an amazing workout in no matter where you are. You don’t need any equipment. It doesn’t matter if it’s cold outside. This is a no excuse workout.
Burn those legs is great! You will feel this one the next day. The bi-product of doing all those Burpees means that not only does it work your legs but it also gives you some great full body benefits.
