Following is what we performed in this routine:
Squats
4 Sets of 25 Reps

Lunges
4 Sets of 20 Reps each leg

Leg Curls
4 Sets of 15 Reps

Leg Extensions
4 Sets of 15 Reps

Wall Sit
4 Sets of 60 sec

Plank
4 Sets of 60 sec
