This workout will help you build a sexy round HOT Booty.
Exercises:
1. Straight leg Deadlift. Keep your back and legs straight and sit your butt back and up. Also a great hamstring exercise.
2. Side Step Squat
3. Morning Afters. Sit your butt back and up.
4. Lunges
5. One leg deadlifts with back foot on chair.
Repeat each exercise 2-3x for 10-15 reps.
